うわー，楽な朝ご飯．
まぁ，保健センターのお医者さん曰く
「何か食べとくことが大事」
らしいのでこれでいいだろ．
あと野菜か果物か食べれば栄養バランスも悪くないはず．
昼ご飯．
・生協そば
弁当売り切れてるとかほんまやめて欲しいわー．
「なんか今日は売り切れるの早かったんですよねー」
もうちょっと入荷してって言っといた．
あと今日は串カツが入ってたんだけど，
中のたまねぎだけ食べて他全部残す，と言う暴挙に．
今まで「残すことは悪」だったんだけど，
自分の健康のためなら，僕は悪にでもなる．
うわー，懐かしいフレーズ．
晩ご飯．
・サンドイッチ
・シン・トー
結局ジュースかよ，ってことなんやけどもね．
なんか食欲自体沸かなかったからこんなもんかなって．
カロリー控えめでお願いします．
お菓子．

これほんま好きやねん・・ホタテ味．
最近はファミマの「ぼくのおやつ」シリーズで出てるから買いやすい．
おいしゅうございます．
結局お菓子食べるんかい，と言われそうやけど，食べますよ！！
これでもカロリー低いやつ選んだもん．
チョコレート食べてへんねんからこれくらいいいやん・・と思う．
一日のカロリーを1700kcalくらいにしたらいいらしい．目安．
なかなか計算できへんけど，
お菓子食べたら一気にオーバーしそうやから気をつけましょ．
