この4月から9月まで初めて自分で目標を設定して、仕事をして、今日評価を受けた。
自分で言うなって話ですが、
自分はやはり褒められて伸びるのではなくて怒られて伸びる子（！）だなぁと思う。
そもそも自分は伸びているのか、と言う疑問はあるものの。
普段怒られてばっかだし、それはむしろ嬉しいことだと思っています。
「褒めると調子に乗るから」
と言うのは高専や大学の学校の先生にも、今の課長や部長にも言われていることで
ああ、とても自分をよく見てもらって、適切にご対応頂いているなぁ、と思うのです。
怒られて怒られて、半年に1回くらい褒められるくらいでちょうどいいと思う。
＃それで、今日半年振りくらいに褒められたわけで。
方法論の話なので、人に合ったやり方は色々あるはず。
最近誰かに「まんとるに褒められた記憶あんまり無いんだけど・・・」と言われたので
（えらそうな言い方だけど）褒める技術を磨いていきたいと思いました。

今日は気分よく寝られそう。そして、寝過ごしそう。（まず間違いない）
