こないだ、ASPの調査やヒアリングを一緒にしていて
営業さんを呼んで名刺交換をした時のこと。

（なぜか）たっぷりの自信と、（なぜか）知っているたくさんの知識。
知らない分野の話なのに、
「お詳しいですね」
と先方に言わせる自信のある話し方。
横にいてて安心出来るこの態度、風格。
これが社長なのかも知れない、と思った。
「お前は自信過剰だ」
と言われて育って十数年。いつの間にかそれも言われなくなりました。
言ってくれる人が、いなくなったから？
でもね、それ以上に自分の自信が無くなったからだと思う。
まだまだ知らないことがたくさんあるし、
普段の生活でももっと出来ることがあるし、
友達と遊んでいても、振り返るともっともっと楽しく有意義に過ごせたんじゃないかって思うし。
でも、いま必要なのは自分のための自信ではなく他人のための自信だ。
人が、安心して傍にいられる人間ってどういう人なんだろう。
何があれば、その人に付いていこうと思えるんだろうか。
今の環境で学びたいことが、また一つ増えた。

自信を身につけるには、結局経験じゃないかなぁ。
一を聞いて十を知ることは苦手で、４を見て６知るくらいな私（たぶん）だから、突然自信は生まれないんだと思うんだ。（私の場合）
でも、４を見たり経験したりするなかで６を知り
キャパが６～１２～１８ってすこしずつ広がっていくと、気づいたら意外と上ってきたなぁみたいな感じだったりして。
だから、広い視野でいろんなものを吸収していったらいいんだろうね。
でも、いつか 身を落ちつけたくなりつつ、また上りたくなりつつ・・・・そんな感じでしょう☆
ある程度したら 取捨選択も必要なんでしょう。
他人がこの人についていきたいと思う自信。
私もいろんな面で身につけていきたいです。
そういう自信ができるのが３０代の女性☆って感じ。私の中のイメージ☆
素敵な３０代になれるよーに、日々精進☆
