就活関係で。
リクルーターってなんやろーって思って調べてたら
たまたま見つけたサイトなんやけど、すごい面白かった。
面接をやってはった（？）人の視点で、
「これを押さえとけ！」
みたいなのがいっぱい載ってます。
なんやろ、読んで安心したって言うのが一番大きい。
俺のやり方はきっと間違ってない！っていう。
OB訪問は全くやってないけど、それ以外の点に関しては。
当たり前と言えば当たり前のことばっかりやねんな。
（最近このフレーズ多いなぁ）
面接がどういう場であるか。
自分を本質的にどういう人間であるかを知ってもらう場やと思うからね。
それがわかってたら、
あとは普段の人とのコミュニケーションと代わるところは無いもん。
小手先の技術なんか、ほとんど意味が無い。
こういうのを見るにつけ、
「就活が始まる前から、採用される人は決まってるってことですか？」
と言う彼の発言が思い出されます。
そう、俺はそれが核心を突いてる気がするねん。
中身×表現力＝人間
みたいな感じで言われるけども、
（表現力は磨けるから今からでも頑張りましょう、という）
実際のところ、表現力自体簡単に身に着くかって言うと、
多分着かんと思う。
結局、中身と表現力なんて分けられへんのやと。
表現力も、その人自身が持ってる中身に他ならんと。
成功するために何が出来るか。
企業なり職種なりを選ぶだけ？
じゃないよな。もちろん努力は出来るもん。
言いたいことや考えてることをまとめるなり、
当日あがらないように練習するなり、
そもそも、あらゆることについて“考えて”おくべき。
いや、生きてる限り一生考え続けていくわけやけど。
そらもうやることはいっぱいありますわ。
出来ることは全部やらなな。

ホンマそう思うわ。
普段 ナンも考えてないとかつまらん。
考えたいことが山ほどあるわ。世の中。
自分の内面にしろ、社会のことにしろ。
今朝、意外とマジメなんだね、と言われて軽くカチンときたスイトでした。
前にも話に出てたけど、この言葉は奥が深いな。
もちろん本番の面接も大切なんだけど、その前も大事。
事前にできること(説明会、セミナー、エントリーシート)で
相手側に印象を持ってもらえれば有利やしな。
ま、全てのプロセスにおいて一生懸命取り組むべきと思う。
つまり、本番じゃないからといって、ぬるい考えで行動するのは
チャンスを逃していてもったいない。
