半分銀行系、半分それ以外の仕事みたい。
みずほグループの一員、って色合いが強いなぁ。
銀行か・・なんでやろ、銀行ってものにすごく抵抗がある。
固いイメージ？
銀行はあんまり行きたくない、そう思ってる自分がいるんやけど、
なんでかな。お役所っぽいからかな。不自由なイメージ？なんやろ。
質問に答えてくれはったお兄さんの話。
「総研とかITコンサルなんかどこでも一緒！
決めるとしたら人事の人と合う合わないじゃない？」
なるほど・・そういう考えもあるな。
確かに、職種が同じやったら、
どこの会社もあんまり変わらんのじゃないか
という気は若干してます。
だからこそかなぁ。同じ職種の色んな会社を見て、
どこが一番合いそうか、一番働きたいと思うかを探すんやろな。
社風、って言っていいのかな。
会社によってやり方も制度も全然違うと思うもん。
それはバイトをやってても感じることやから。
このお兄さんが言うとおり、人事の人を見ることは大事やと思う。

何回も話は聞いてるんやけど、もっかい。
今回はコンサルの人が説明してくれはったから、
かなりコンサルのことが詳しく聞けました。
でもやっぱりあれやなぁ。
NRIやとSEの方が楽しそう。
この会社のパンフ好きです。ひいき目か。
今度色んな会社のパンフについて考察してみよ。
第一（？）志望。

別に覚えててくれはったから株が急上昇してるわけではなくて。
（もちろん、すごい嬉しいんやけど）
今日一番いいなぁ、と思ったのは
同業他社との違いを明確にしてくれはったところやね。
「大和総研の考え方は～～です」
って言うのがちゃんとあって、伝わってきた。さすが。
そういう意味でみずほと対照的やったなぁ。
「どこも一緒だ」「うちはここが違う」
どっちの方が聞いてて魅力的かは、明らかな気がする。
「俺、○○さんのこと大好きですよ！」
って言ってしまった。なんで俺告白してんねん・・（あ、男の人です）
でもほんと、いい人やなぁ、って思うわ。
話も面白いし、熱がこもってるし、説得力があるもん。
説明会の人事の人は結構見たつもりやけど、
やっぱこの人が一番かっこいい。
第二（？）志望。
今日はクリアファイル配ってるところが多かった！
やっぱり実用的なものを配ると食いつきがいいって、
企業の人も気付いたんやろか。
でも確かにクリアファイルは嬉しいです。
ただ、今までのクリアファイルで一番クオリティが高かったのは
東洋紡です。あれに敵うもの、未だ無し。
ついつい一言。

気のせいじゃない。明らかに違うよん。
一緒なのは事実かも知れんけど、違うという事をことさら大事に言える社風ってのは重要だと思う。
最近、「愛社心」ってのが非常に気になるお年頃な私。
ああ、実感が（笑）
違うって言えること自体、愛社心なわけですね。
やっぱり愛せる会社がいいです！
