国王学．
人は1.6^0, ^1, ^2に分類されるという話です．
これは俺が高専の時，奈良先端大のベンチャーワークショップで聞いた
「人罪，人材，人財」の話ととっても似てる気がしました．
1.6^0 = 1の仕事しかしない人（罪），言われたこともできない人．
1.6^1 = 1.6の仕事をする人（材），言われたことは言われた通りにやる人．
1.6^2 = 2.56の仕事ができる人（財），言われなくてもやれる人．
出来ることなら，みんなが1.6^2になって欲しいよねっていうお話です．
あくまである集団において，
どんなスタンスで仕事に取り組むかということなのですけど．
もしその集団にそれほど重きを置いていない人なのであれば，
1.6^1よりも上の人であることは望めなさそうです．
もちろん，ぜひそうあって欲しいと自分が思う人に対しては
重きを置くように，1.6^2となるように働きかけもするでしょうね．
今日の講義，「国王学」と言いましたけど，つまるところは「リーダー論」でした．
上に立つ（という言い方には語弊があるかも知れませんけど）人に必要なものとは何か．
俺は，ビジョン，行動力，カリスマは絶対必要だと思います．
（カリスマという単語が国王はお気に召さなかったようですが）
人を引っ張ろうと思うと，まず「自分が何をしたいのか」を明確に持つ必要があります．
例えばそれが集団，組織であった場合，
自分はその組織で何をしようとしているのか，何を目的としているのか
をはっきりとさせ，それを周知することが必要でしょう．
何をしたいのか分からないと，当然他の人は何をしたらいいのかわからない．
（1.6^2の人が他にいるのなら，その人がビジョンを持つのでしょうけど）
他の人だけでなく，もちろん自分がそれから何をしたらいいのかもわかりません．
「２代目」が失敗しやすいのはここにある気がします．
「自分が何をしたい」のではなくて，
「初代が何をしたかった」とか，「組織を維持する」とか，
そういうことを自分のビジョンの代わりに持ってしまうから．
自信があるのなら，それでも構わないと思います．
ただ初代ほどの行動力とカリスマを持っている２代目というのはそういないのではないでしょうか．
（志願して２代目となる，1.6^2の人であればその可能性もあるのかな）
自分で何かを興して，維持して，繋げていくというのは並大抵の努力では無いと思います．
だとすると（初代に行動力とカリスマで敵わないとすれば），
ビジョンとして，自分は必ず異なるものを持つべきだと思います．
でないと，比較された場合にどうしても見劣りしてしまいます．
ビジョンのベクトルの向きを変えることで，それも防ぐことが出来ます．
自分のビジョンを持てば，それは行動力に反映されるはずです．
モチベーションが違うでしょうからね．
行動力，これもまた必要です．
ビジョンを持つのはいいとして，それをいかに実現するか．
ちなみに高専会における俺には，明らかに行動力が足りてません．
（全国の高専会のネットワークを作りたいとか，もっと上下での情報共有を円滑にしたいとか，
ビジョンはあるのですが）
行動力が伴わなければ，ビジョンは絵に描いた餅です．
英語で言うと「Wine in the bottle does not quench thirst」だそうです．
理想ばっかり描いたところで，実現できなければ意味がありません．
特に他の人に対しては，その理念が伝わることさえもありません．
描いたからにはそれを実現しなければ．
そのための力が行動力でありましょう．
ただこれに関しては，他の事による影響を受けてしまいます．
実際の時間なり手間なりを必要とするため，
どうしても優先順位が付いてしまうのですね．
順位で負けてしまえば，それは行動に移されず，実現することも無いでしょう．
ビジョンを持った上で，それに関する優先順位が最上位に来た時，
行動力となって発現するのだと思います．
最後，カリスマの話です．
カリスマって言うと「カリスマ美容師」とかって言葉も流行ったので
どうにも軽く考えられがちなのでしょうか．
goo国語辞典によると，以下の通り．
(１)超自然的・超人間的・非日常的な資質・能力。預言者・英雄などにみられる。
M=ウェーバーは，このような資質をもつ指導者に対し人々が人格的に帰依する関係を
カリスマ的支配と呼び，伝統的支配・合法的支配に対する支配類型の一概念とした。
(２)転じて，一般大衆を魅了するような資質・技能をもった人気者を俗にいう語。
別に他の言葉で言っても構わないのですけど．
求心力とか，魅力とか，統率力とか，もっと言えば人気でもいいかも．
俺が使ってるのは上の（２）の意味ですね．
組織が一人なら，別にこんなものはいりません．
自分は自分の意思に従いますからね．
でも二人以上になると，いかにして人をその気にさせるか．
言うなれば1.6^2の人とせしめるか，自分のビジョンに共感してもらうか，
が重要なポイントになると思います．
その人たちが自分にとって，自分の組織のビジョンにとって必要な人たちであるのなら．
要素には色々考えられます．
話術，性格，色んなものに対する考え方．
年齢とか家柄，ルックスなんていうのも当てはまるかもしれませんね．
上に書いたビジョンもそうかも知れません．
結局は天性のものが大きいのかも．
途中で変わろうと思っても，変えられないものも多いでしょうから．
人に慕われる，人を惹きつけられる人っていうのは，少なからずこういうのを持ってそうです．
