どこの会社でもそうかも知れませんが、
うちの会社（部署）だと新人に一人ずつ「教育担当」と呼ばれる先輩社員が付きます。
まんとるの教育担当はＩさんという女性なのですが。
ちなみに今「まんとる」って一人称を久しぶりに使ったら、ものすごく違和感を感じました。
教育担当様はＯＪＴ（On-the-Job Training）を通して色々指導して下さるのです。
電話の取り方やメールの書き方に始まり、議事録の取り方、会議の進め方、
協力会社、営業マンへのプレッシャーのかけ方（うわぁ）・・・などなど。
人によって様々ですがＩさんはひじょーに仕事を仕事と割り切ってる人なので
時間効率のよい（バランスの良い）仕事の仕方を教わることが出来たなぁ、と思います。
出来た、と言うのはＩさんがもうすぐ産休に入られるからなのですが。
この1年間教わったことで、何が一番これからの自分に役に立っていきそうかなぁ
というのをいま考えています。それを手紙にでも書こうかななんて。
来月からＩさんの後を引き継いで某結婚情報サイト「ゼク○ィ」の担当になります。
媒体ごとにフロアのカラーが違いますが、ゼ○シィのフロアは物理的にピンク色です。
女の人がやたら多く、みんな髪の毛が縦巻きです。行くのこええええええええ。
Iさんが安心して休みに入れるように、早く引き継がないとなぁ。
ちゃんと一人前になって褒められる成果を出すことが一番恩返しだと思うので。
がんばろっと。
