1フロア分＝24段として
24 × 39 + α（段数が変則な箇所） ≒ 1000段
となったわけで、どーりで足が痛いわけです。
毎日やると痩せそう。
降りるのに20分かかったのに上るのはエレベーターで3分やもんね・・・
文明の利器はすごい。こいつが生み出している価値はいかほどか。
このエレベーターのように価値のある人間になりたい。
途中でリポDをもらったので飲んだら、
おそらく階段降りた分以上のカロリーを摂取してしまいました。
階段1000段降りたのに痩せるどころか太らね？
と言うわけで、とても萎えました。
でも今後もコンビニ（33Fにあります）に行くくらいなら、
今後も階段使ってみようかな。
でも、とりあえず行くたびにお菓子買うのはやめよう。
