「出来ないと思うから出来ない」
「やろうと本気で思わないからやれない」
ああ，そういう気持ちが昔からあったよな，
ってようやく思い出すことが出来た．
最近忘れていた大事な気持ちはまさにこれなのだと思います．
日記に書いた
「起きる気が無いから起きられない」
と言うのはまさにそれで，事実でしかありません．
だってさぁ，ほんとに起きたい，
朝起きて気持ちのいい時間であれやってこれやって，
有効に時間使って過ごしたい！
って本気で思ってたら起きるに決まってるもん．
ほんとにやりたいと思ってないから，起きられないだけ．
別に起きられない病気ってわけじゃないんだから．
全てではないけれど，大概のことはやる気でなんとかなるし
説明できるはず．実行に移っていることが全てで，
移せていないのに「あー，○○したいなー」とか言うのは
欺瞞でしかない，と言うのはよんとおの弁だけれども
全くその通りだと思います．
嘘つきながら生きてくのはかっこ悪いし，恥ずかしい．
最近活力がまったくなくて，死んだように生きてたけど
一番欠けていたのはこのことだったんだろうなと思います．
今からまた元気になって生きていけると思う．
手始めに７時に起きた．やっぱきもちいいわ．
そこに意志があるかないか、という議論はかなり前からしてるね。
何事もそうなんだと思う。
なんとかなる。いやなんとかするんだ。
ということを 以前もお互い 言っていたような。
それは今も変わらないけれど、
なんとかしようとするものが変わっていた、ということが、
「雪が氷になるように」で書いていた、
気付かないうちに変わっていたこと
ではないかな、と思いますた。
それが変わっても 関係は変化し続けながら続いていけばいい。
全体的に同意。
最近、口だけじゃなくて「実行に移すこと」が何倍も大事って痛感しております。
なんかやる気が出てきました、あざまーす。
