書こう書こうと思ってたのにずっと書いてなかったので。
もうちょっとしたら家に帰ろうと思うんだけど、5分で書いてみゆ。
今日は学校近くのコンビニの店員さん、Tさんのお話です。
雑談から生まれるプロモーション活動の話。
誰に何を言われれば、ものを買いたくなるんだろうか。
Tさんは、俺が高専から大学まで一緒だった、
某ゲーム会社で仕事してる誰かさんと同じ名字なんだけれど
あとメガネも似てるんだけど、性格は全然違う。
Tさんは温和だしやたら親切。あいつはただのゲーマー。
男の人なんですけどね。
しょっちゅう夜中に行くからしょっちゅう話すんです。
「今日もこんな時間まで研究っすか～」
「あ、FFのポーションまた入りましたよ！」
「この寒いのにアイスとかｗｗｗｗｗｗ」
どんな仕事にも言えると思うけど、
お客さんを覚えてプロモーション活動出来たら強いよなぁって思う。
多分、ポーションは言われなきゃ買ってない。
機械が俺のことを覚えて、俺の購入履歴からポーションをレコメンド
することは、出来るかも知れない。
でも、されたところで果たして買うんだろうか。多分買わない。
なんなんだろう、口コミと同じ原理だとは思うんだけど、
「誰々が言ってたから買ってみようかな」
と言うから買っちゃうと言う事が往々にしてあると思う。
その「誰々」って、誰だったらいいんだろう。
ある程度の親しさを感じられる人だったらいいんだろうか。
機械とか、TVとか、どこかのサイトのCMより、
仲のいい店員さんのオススメ、友達のブログに書いてある記事の方が
よっぽど自分は動かされる気がする。
発信源との距離感なのかなぁ。むむむ。何て言えばいいだろう。
