２回目の面接、個人面接。
面接官が入って来るなり
「いいよいいよ立たなくて！よろしくよろしく。」
うわー、フランク。
でも、４０歳くらい？
いかにも某社っぽい人でした。
一番好きなタイプの面接官やなぁ、この人。
適当に一言二言フリがあって、後は俺のフリートーク。
（昨日カトリーヌとしてたような話そのまま）
で、適当に切れたところで適当に質問。
相変わらず、ただの会話ですな。
たまに思いついたように資料を開いて何かをメモ。
口癖なのか何なのか「おもしろいなぁ」を連発。
１０回は間違いなく言ってはった。
今日の大まかな流れは、
1.ルームシェアの話→2.研究の話→3.仕事の話
ルームシェアしててよかった・・
今日は珍しく高専のことについて触れられたなぁ。
1.
「洗濯物とか一緒に洗うし、掃除もまとめてやりますよ」
「それルームシェアって言うかもはや共同生活やろ！」
言われてみれば。
「中々そんな友達おれへんよ。一生の友達やね。」
言われてみれば・・。
2.
「googleとうちとは違うんだよ！」
俺が知識に興味があって云々から始まって、
googleと某社の扱う情報の差の話に。
面接官の人自体この事について思うところがあるみたいで、
大いに盛り上がった。あっつい４０歳やなぁ・・いいわー。
こんな感じになりたいな。熱い。いや暑苦しいくらい。
3.
「営業がしたいです。あと転勤させて下さい。」
「営業やりたいんなら営業やってくれていいよ。
多分それが本人のためにもなるから。」
なんですか、採用してくれるんですか。
「せっかく高専から勉強して来てるんやから、
それをもっと生かそうとか思わんの？」
とも言われたかな。そういう部署もあるから、それはそれで。
大体４０～５０分くらいやったかな？
今回で終わりと思ってたのに
「次のステップに進んでもらう場合は１週間以内に・・」
っておい！！
達成感に浸ってたのに、まだ続くのか。。
電話が鳴ることを期待して。
面接の感触、シリーズのエントリが増えることを期待して。
カトリーヌです。泊めてくれてた時に色々話をしたけど、まんとるがどんな人間か改めて知ったような気がしました。やっぱり直接話すっていいよね。今度そっちに行くときはまたヨロシク！
