最近就活状況しか更新してないんだけど。
色々思うことがあります。
就活で面接とか受ける友達を激励する時、
俺はしきりに
「自信持って！」
って言ったり、
「絶対大丈夫！」
って言ったりします。
なぜか。
期待することよって、希望を持って、自信を持つことによって
合格する率が上がる（と想う）からですね。単純に。
「俺大丈夫かなぁ。。」
って思いながらやるより、
「大丈夫！出来る！！」
って思いながらやる方がきっと輝いて見えるもん。
抽象的な表現しか出来ないけど、間違ってないと思う。
面接なんて極端な話、
「熱く」「本気で」話が出来たらそれで全部通ると思うねん。
ここに書いたことの繰り返しになるけれど。
スキルを求められているのでなければ。
スキルって例えばコンサルだと論理性とか、R&Dだと技術とかね。
熱いことも、本気なことも、自信持つことも、
全部相関があると思う。
「本気でこの会社でこういうことがしたい！」
って思うから、自然に熱が入るわけだし、
きっと自己暗示で自信も出て来るんだと思う。
大丈夫、俺くらい熱くこの会社を想ってるやつはいない、と。
某ゲーム会社の選考も次が３次だけど、
ゲーム作りをしたいって言う自分も確かに俺の中に存在するわけやから。
だからちゃんと言えるわけで。
全部ある上で落ちたら仕方が無い。
きっと合わなかったんだろーなって思う。
もっと幸せな道が他にあるんだなって。
やれるべきことを全てやれば、きっと後悔なんてしないもん。
いや、後悔はするな。ほんとに行きたければ凹むと思う。
でも、人事を尽くして天命を待て、と。
自信を持たない（持てない）ってことは、
やるべきことをやってないってこと。
本気でその会社に行きたいって思えてないってこと。
その仕事がしたいって思えてないってこと。
そりゃ、受からんわと。
でも自信を持たないこと、
過度の期待をしないことによるメリットが確かにあります。
それは、失望しなくて済むこと。
でも、ふざけんなよと。
何で最初から日和って落ちた時のこと考えてんだと。
最大限の努力（自信を持つこと）すらせずに、
落ちた時云々なんて・・。
って、思ってた。
でもね。やっぱり。
みんなが言う通り、期待して失敗すると落差があるわけだ。
思いっきり加速して、壁に激突してドーン！みたいな。
いつもより痛いですわな、そりゃ。
そんな時、あいたたたーって思って立ち上がれるかどうか。
そしてまたちゃんと自信が持てるのかどうか。
別にどっか落ちたとかじゃないです。おかげさまで概ね順調です。
ただ、生活してて、そんなことを思ったので。
寝ます・・。
まぁ自信だけで生きている人間ではあかんよな！

てか、ダメージがいやで努力しないだけじゃなくて、素直に自信を持てない人も結構いるんじゃないでしょうか。
もちろん、自分を騙せって言う話ですけど、まあ不器用な人も世の中多いんじゃないかと思います。
もちろん、程度問題だけどさ。
