今回はプレゼンに凝っていいものが出来たと思う！
結構数こなしてきたけど、GWにしろGDにしろ、
結局一番大事なのは「最後の結果」ってことにようやく気付いた。
内容が多少ダメでもそれをうまく見せる技術。
見せ方。スライドの作り方。ホワイトボードの書き方。発表の仕方。
そういうものが一番大事。
そしてもう１つが、機先を制することやね。
当然ながら、発表順序は一番が一番やりやすいし、目立つし、
よく見えるもの。
そういう意味でも今回はかなり満足のいくGWやったなぁ。
人事の人。
どこの説明会でも、どのメールでも、
全て同じ人が担当する。
この戦略はかなりうまいと思う。
その人のポテンシャルが高ければ高いほど、
それに比例して会社のイメージは上がっていくもんね。
「結局のところ、運ってことも大きいと思います。
こうやってこのセミナーに来られたのも運。
でもその運を掴めるのも１つの実力と思います。」
ああ、またポイントアップしてしもた・・
帰りにGWで仲良くなった子と上野まで。
