結論から言いますと、今日はすっげぇ楽しかった。。
最初にやったのは６，７人のチームで
ハイポイントインタビューっていうの。
２人ずつとかで組んで、自分が楽しかったこととかを言い合って
仲良くなって下さいって言う。
こう書くと簡単なことのようなんだけど、
意外と効果的。
その人の感動ポイントとか好きなもの、大事なものがわかるからね。
簡単に打ち解けられます。
次がグループワークで、
つぶれかけの会社をどうやって再建しましょうって言う。
なかなか難しい。
８０分やったけど、なかなか論理的にまとまらへんなぁ。
なんでここでいつものケースの練習が生かせへんかったんかが疑問。
木すら書かんかったのは論外じゃないか。。
７人いたけど、発言のほとんどが４人だけ。
まずいかなとは思いつつも最後まで４人で進めた。この事は後述。
結果としてはまぁ、それなりのものが出来ました。
全然満足はしてません。反省が多い。
試験じゃなかったからいいようなものの、
本番やったらどうすべきやったやろか・・
どういう形でまとめよう、って言うビジョンをもっとかなあかんね。
これも慣れか。
今回のインターンでよかったなぁと思うのは、
終わった後にフィードバックがあったことです。
これが大事。
全体の総括から、個人個人の評価まで。
グループ内で評価し合って
「ここがよかった」「ここをもっとこうすればよかった」
って言うのを書きあうんですが、これがなかなかよろしいね。
ちなみに俺は
「もっと喋ってない人に話を振ってほしかった」
とか書いて頂きました。
あのですね。
グループで話し合ってんのに発言しないとか論外だと思うんですよ。
いっつも思うなこれ・・。
やる気があるのなら、振られなくても喋れ、って言う話。
今回の７人でも意識の差が如実に出てました。
頑張って優秀賞取るぞ！って人もいれば
最後まで、何やってんのかわかんないって人まで。
色んな人がいるのはわかる。
喋るのが苦手な人がいるのもわかる。
もちろんフォローはするけれども、
苦手やと思うなら努力をすることが一番大事なはずやもん。
と言うことを、他の人の評価にやんわりと書いておいた。
もっとみんな、なりたいような自分になれたらいいですね。
今日は差し入れにサンドイッチ（ローソン）と飲み物（キリン）
をもらいました。
どっちも三菱商事関連。
ちなみに優秀賞の商品も関連会社のアイテムでした。
いいなぁー、ジブリバッグ。
あと、WEBで受けた適性試験みたいなんの結果表がもらえた。
おほうー。３０００人分をサンプルしてるだけあって、
なかなか信憑性がありそうな。（相対評価です）
リーダーシップと関係構築力が最高の１０点でした。（上位２％）
なるほどなぁ。
細かく見ていくと、「几帳面さ」が１点でした。（下位１％）
この部分に関しては少なくとも合ってるわ・・
終わってから飲み会！
ものっすご喋ったなぁ。
なんか一人だけ芸人みたいな子がおった。
受け答えと、突っ込み方が完璧。
ピン芸人や・・
なんか桜塚やっくんみたいなん。でも見た目はドンドコ山口。
仲良くなったメンツでまた飲み会とかやりたいなー。
７人組。
兄貴、ウザい東大生、ボンボン、ごいちさんみたいな人、
ムツゴロウ王国、ny、俺（メガネ）。
名刺は急いで作っといた甲斐があった。
やっぱこういう場では便利やね。
番号とかは直接交換せなあかんかなと思ってたけど、
意外とちゃんとみんな連絡して来てくれるもん、
って言うのがよくわかった。
総括。
三菱商事の1dayインターン。
応募者４０００人の中から３０００人参加。
今日はほんま色んな人と知り合ったわ。
ここからまた広がってくといいな。
すごい充実してたんですね。また話聞かせて下さい。皆商社目指してる人ばっかりでした？どんな人々が商社に内定して行くんだろうって思いました。

Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
