久しぶりに株の話でも。
しばらく書いてませんでしたがなんだかんだでずっとやってます。
前ほど売り買いしてるわけじゃないんやけど。
TOB(Take Over Bid)。
株式の公開買い付けのことね。
株式公開買付（かぶしきこうかいかいつけ、Take Over Bid 、又はTender Offer Bid の頭文字からTOBと略される）は、ある株式会社の経営権の取得などを目的に、株式の買い取りを希望する企業や個人が、「買い付け期間・買い取り株数・価格」を公表して、不特定多数の株主から株式市場外で株式を買い集める制度。

一般的にそうなんですが、
TOBされると株価は（激しく）上がります。
って言うのも、やっぱりちゃんと買い付けようと思うと
それなりに高い値段を提示しないと誰も売ってくれないからね。
TOBする側の会社は「こんだけ出すから売って！！」的な値段を出します。
こないだはそういえばアトラス（女神転生作ってるとこ）が
どっかにTOBされた。
されたからってどうなるわけでもないんやけどね。
ちょっと前にメルシャン（ワインとか売ってる会社）の株を買いました。
確か292円。
11月になったらボジョレヌーボー解禁やし、
去年と同じでまた上がるんじゃね？と言う憶測を元に買ったんですが、
300円前後から下がる一方。
ああー、今月は調整が多いーー、
って思ってたら今日のニュースでキリンがメルシャンにTOB。
買い付け価格は370円。
ｷﾀｺﾚ。
以上で言いたいこと終わります。
今部屋にメルシャンの安くてデカイ梅酒があります。…ええ、まんとる来襲時に購入したものですとも。
ＴＯＢの時に、「株式公開買付のお知らせ」みたいな書類が届くはず。あれ見たら、なんか株主な実感が湧きそうやなｗ
ぁ、あと忘年会は12月9日やけど、インターンとかぶってそうやなf^-^;てか10日に用事があったんやっけ？？
ああ、あの梅酒残ってたかｗ
へぇー、そんな書類届くんやー。
今のとこまだ来てないなぁ。
１１日に発表があったから、９日はちょっと・・TT

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
