IDS（情報システム部門）の説明会が１時間ほどあって、
そのあとケーススタディ。
午前中はPSとかマーケティングとか、他の部署もあったみたい。
チームは８人。
選考としてのケーススタディは初めてやったけど、
なかなか熱かったね。
やっぱり８人おったら色んな人がおるな。
中でもやるなと思ったのは２人。
なかなか意見が鋭い。
でかい声で喋るのがいい評価を受けるわけとちゃうやろな。
いつもうるさい俺が言うのも何ですけど。
与えられた問題があって、
ある種の「解答」が用意されていて、
そこにいかに近付ける発言が出来るか。
見られるのはそこでしょう。
試験官のメモを見てると、
８人のメンバーごとに発言内容とかが（恐らく）時系列に書き込まれてた。
ああ、見られてるな・・って思う。
自分のところにいっぱい書き込みはあったけど、
それはプラスかマイナスかはわからへん。
でもまぁ、発言せーへんのは論外やろね。
なんでそこにおるんかがわからへんもん。

今回のケースで面白いなぁって思ったのは
途中でインタビュータイムが与えられるところ。
情報を持ってる人に
「何を聞けばいいのかを考える」
そこがポイント。
聞くための分析をして、聞いた内容をまた分析する。
全部で９０分やねんからなぁ。ハードやわ・・
グループとしての結論を１つ出すわけやから、
評価はグループ全体の出した答えにも影響されるやろうな。
俺らが出した答えは果たして。
噂どおりのケースでいい勉強になりました。
次の選考も行きたいなー。
