と言うわけでー．
横浜まで行ってきました．
いやー，楽しかったよー．遠いけど．横浜遠いけど．楽しかったよー．
システムソリューションで応募してたから
なんかもっとバリバリ情報系ばっかりなんかと思ったら
そうでもないんやね．
他の分野とか，文系の子も結構おったし．
女の子も結構おったなぁ．それが意外．
午前中と午後の部があって，
午前はEQのお話．
午後はNRIのある商品を売るための提案書を作るってやつ．
午前の話はEQっていうのはこころの知能指数って呼ばれるもので，
対人関係をいかにうまくやれるかってことの指標になるみたい．
IQとの大きな違いはいくつになっても変化し得ることかなぁ．
今回はこのEQを使って自己紹介と他己紹介をやったんやけど，
対人関係云々を定量的に表現出来るから，
割と初対面の人とのコミュニケーションツールとしては
優秀なんじゃないかなぁという感想．
「制御力」「発信力」「受信力」の3つのパラメータだけでも
結構理解できるもんやね．
ちなみに他己紹介は隣の人とやるんやけど，
俺は右隣に人がおれへんかったから社員さんに紹介．
テンション高いわー．
お昼を食べて，午後からは提案書作り．
自分達5人はある電気メーカーの一社員で，
あるNRIの製品の導入を上層部に促したいという設定で
集められたプロジェクトメンバー．
各々所属部署が異なるため，
違った視点で提案をしていきましょう，という．
みんな違った情報を持ってるから
（逆に言うと自分自身は知らない情報を誰かが持ってるから）
協力することが必須になるわけやね．非常によく出来た枠組みやなぁ．
結局でしゃばりな俺がリーダーになって
打ち合わせ，提案書作りなんかを進めていったんやけど，
出来たものの内容はそれほど悪くなかった．
ただ，いかんせんデザイン面が弱い！
やっぱりこういう時（短い時間で小規模のものを作る時）の提案方法は
・インパクト
・簡潔さ
が大事やなぁ，と終わって講評聞いててようやく気付いた．
最近よく「ビジュアル」ってすっごい大事やなぁと思うねんな．
「外見こそが本質である」と言うのはこないだよんとお兄が言ってたことやけど，
なるほど短期間の接触により得られる情報に
外見的要因が圧倒的に多いことを考えればそれはもっともやと思うやもん．
今回のこれだって大いにこの場合やからね．
人はぱっと一瞬見た時にどういうところにひきつけられるか．
何か「こういうもの！」って答えがありそうやね．
チームのメンバーについて．
メモによると制御力，発信力，受信力の値がそれぞれ
A．４，３，３
B．３，４，２
C．４，２，４
D．３，２，４
E．４，４，４
と言うメンバーやったわけやけども．
さて，俺はどれでしょう．
値的に見るとなかなかバランスが取れててんな．
発信する人と受信する人．
おー，じゃあたとえばAとC，BとDで組めばいいよねー
って社員さんは軽く言っててんけども，そんなわけはもちろんなくて．
簡単にそれだけやると発信側は発信しっぱなし，
受信側は受信しっぱなしになるもんね．
言いたいことは何かって言うと，
EQなんて結局特性を知るためにしか使えないから
やっぱしそれを元に「どう付き合うか」って言うことを考えないと
意味無いよね，ってこと．
ああ，この人は発信力が弱いんだな，
じゃあ俺がもっと発信しやすいようによく受信しなければ～～
みたいな．
そもそも発信とか受信とか，そんな定量化できるものではないだろうけどね．
ただ一つの指標として，
短期間の接触のみにより理解することが必要な場合においては
（上の外見こそが本質云々の条件と同じか）
割かし役に立つもんじゃないかなぁ，って思いました．
ただチームメンバーはみんな発信しまくりやった気がするんやけどなぁ（笑）
その後質問会．
今回販売した（という設定の）NRIの商品は，
俺の研究テーマそのものを扱ったツールなわけでして．
もう根掘り葉掘り聞いちゃった．
まだまだ改良の余地がありそうやし，
俺が冬までに作る予定のツールに使えそうなこともいくつか聞けちゃった．
インターン自体ももちろん面白かったけど，
これはよかったなぁ．僥倖．
あとその説明してくれはった社員さんが
めっちゃビジネスマンっぽくてかっこよかった．
堂々としてて，すっごい自信たっぷりやねんもん．

終わったあとインターン参加者合計15人と飲み会！
幹事さんほんとえらい．
こういう時に率先して前に出て言える人って大事やよね．
同じチームやった早稲田のやつとコンビにされてしまった！ほんまエロい．
しかも俺ツッコミ役やで．信じられへん．
「お前は高専卒業するまでにもっと突っ込めるようになれ」
と言われたのが懐かしい．
仙台の高専出身の子もおったし，東大生もおったし，
楽しい飲み会やったわぁ．
京都とか名古屋からわざわざ来てる子もおったしね．
15人の中で「こいつめっちゃ出来そう！」って子が一人おった．
これからも会うことやろし，楽しみやなぁ．
帰りは一人で帰るのが寂しいのでみんなと新宿湘南ラインで．
すごいな，横浜から全然止まらん．
それでも，千葉は遠い．

目かぁ．目は確かに見るよね．
そういえばこないだ
「○○さんって5秒以上目を見ないですよね」
って言われてちょっとショックやった．
目を見て話すのが苦手な人は、相手の鼻を見て話すといいらしいよ。
見る方は見づらくないし、見られるほうはちゃんと見られてる感じがするらしい。
見た目が本質かといえば難しいところやけど、第一印象はおっきいな。
おれも今度就括＆インターンでもやってみるか。
別に苦手ってわけじゃないんやけどなぁ・・
なんか最近顔を上げて話すと言う習慣が失われてる感じ．
なんでかね．
就活とかせんでええように頑張れ．
