・午後ティー（茶葉２倍）
いつもの弁当が売り切れてたのでやむを得ずサンドイッチ．
茶葉２倍のミルクティーはこゆいなぁ．
晩ご飯．まんとる
・トマト入りスクランブルエッグ
・もやしとたまねぎとにんじん炒め（今日は和風）
・いかのキムチ焼き（レトルトです）
30分ほどで出来た．
見た目はどれもそれなりにいいんやけど，
味がどれもいまひとつ．
「しばらく肉を使わない」
縛りがあるので肉は使えないしね．
いかに肉がうまいか！それをあらわしております．
