・お茶
ファミマで買う．
パンって他にサラダとか食べないと，
絶対栄養バランス悪い気がする．
炭水化物？だけやもんね．
昼ご飯．
・松屋の牛飯
牛だけか・・．これもダメだなぁ．
晩ご飯．
・たまねぎとにんじんを炒めただけのもの
・ベーコンエッグ
・もずく酢
・たまご豆腐
せめて夜だけでもちゃんと食べようと思って，
10時頃からせっせと作る．さすがに5分で出来た．
このくらいだと負担にならなくてよいな．
あちゃのコメントにたまねぎがいいらしいとあったので，
出来れば毎回たまねぎを使ってこう．と思う！
お菓子．
・チョコレート効果 ８６％
・野菜ジュース
これ結構おいしいよ．
そんなに甘くないから食べ終わった後の
「ああ，またチョコを食べてしまった・・」感が無いしね．
