なんか走ってたらすぐ息切れします．
で，息が切れないように抑えながら動く，と．だめじゃん．
今年の目標にちゃんと運動する，って言うのを付け加えよ．

今日の晩ご飯．まんとる
・鯵の焼いたの
・豚の焼いたの

を全部一皿に乗せてみた．絵的にはOK．
ここには書いてないけど，酢のものを作ろうとして失敗した・・
そして自炊２ヶ月にしてありえない事実が発覚．
俺は右のボトルが塩で，真ん中が砂糖だと思ってたわけ．
でも実は右が砂糖で真ん中が塩だった，というね．
これよく今まで失敗しなかったよなぁ．
今日は酢のもの作るのに砂糖どばどば入れたら
明らかに味がおかしかったから気付いたの．
こないだきゅうりを塩で揉んだのも，
実は砂糖で揉んだわけで．
ゆでたまごに塩をちょっと入れてたのも，
スパゲッティ茹でるのに塩をちょっと入れてたのも，
ぜーんぶ砂糖！
まぁ，気付かなかったから，いいよね．
平日ですが，夜行バスで大阪へ．
１日遊べるもんねぇ．楽しみ．
