留学生のT先輩（先生）のお手製春巻き．うまい．
手順．
１．ライスペーパーを濡らして皿に置く
２．レタス，もやし，きゅうり，ビーフン，肉などを乗せる
３．半分くらい巻いて，片側を閉じる
４．エビとニラでデコレーション
５．残り全部巻く
全然わかんない説明ですが，雰囲気が伝わればOK．
色んな先輩方が巻くわけですけども，
人によって全然違うものが出来るのが面白いですね．
俺は巻いただけですが料理っておもしろい！と思いました．
引っ越したら作ってみよ．
生春巻きをベトナムの醤油，ニョクマムにつけて食べたんですけど，
これって美味しんぼにしょっちゅう出て来るあれだよなぁ．
