先に言っておきますが，
俺は自己暗示の類が好きです．
それで自分の思い通りになるのであれば，
暗示なんていくらでもかけてやりますよ．
例の自信云々って言うのは，自己暗示そのものですね．
で，今日考えたのは朝の起き方．
俺もこの人と一緒で最近妙に眠い．
なんだろ，バイト始めたくらいからかな．
頭の中では「６時間寝たら起きたい」と思ってるのに，
いつの間にか８時間，もしくはそれ以上寝てる事があります．
でもポイントなのは，目覚ましを６時間の時点で鳴らしてると，
一応その時点では起きてるって事なんですね．
しかもちゃんと時間を確認してます．
なので，この時点で暗示をかける．
「俺は６時間寝た．
もう寝なくていいですから！これ以上は無駄ですから！」
とりあえず２９日，３０日の朝はこれで起きられました．
結局のところ，「朝起きられない」と言うのは昨日の矛盾の話
でいくと自分を御せてないだけですね．それは本当に嫌．
ただ６時間って言うのは適当に引いた線です．
３時間とかになると身体が変調をきたしそうなのでやりません．
何時間が適正なのか自分でよく考える必要があるなぁ．

昨日の戦といったら……orz
それは気の持ちようで何とかなる問題なんやろか．
昨日の戦いはひどかったらしいね．
俺も混ぜてほしかったわ．
9月か10月帰ったらよろぴく．
そういう類の自己暗示はオレもよくやりますよ。
寝る前に、「明日は○時に起きるんだ」と、心でつぶやいたり声に出してみたりを数回してから寝ます。
経験的に、念がこもっている日ほど、効く傾向があります。
